pilates tuh senam yg ga ajrut2an.. ga jingkrak2... mostly sambil duduk or
tiduran di lantai (jadi yg mau praktek harap siap matras). Konsep latihannya
ada beberapa.. yg dasar untuk seluruh badan, untuk bagian
perut+pantat+paha.. dan bagian paha+kaki
Tingkat kesulitannya kalo
