Coba dikursusin olahaga aja bu..seperti renang, karate/beladiri, bulutangkis atau sepak bola..atau apa aja.. kalau olah raga badan bisa fit n peredaran darah lancar..tidur juga biasanya lancar.. terus tiap malem sebelum bobo minum susu anget.. ndak usah pake obat-obatan dulu.. masih kecil kalau ket
