As Kai points out, Posting Styles in Gnus can only take into account the
header data that is known when the article buffer is created (newsgroup,
subject/recipient if this is a reply), but it cannot take into account
recipients when they haven't been specified prior to the buffer's creation.

In fact, I found a package called mc-bbdb.el (for having mailcrypt take data
from bbdb and auto-encrypt/sign), written by Ian Sheldon. I have adapted it
to do what I want (hooking into message-send-hook). Will probably post it
here once it's presentable.
