I am having problems with auto-creation of bbdb-entries.
I use bbdb and Gnus from cvs on Emacs-21.2.1/Cygwin.

Why? If BBDB already has Mailer Delivery System

See if your copy of BBDB has this. I believe recent versions do. It
was made for at least one of the sorts of questions you asked.
