i've noticed something else odd with the new bbdb. many people use
middle initials in the full name part of their email address such as:
Michael J. Fox [EMAIL PROTECTED]
how to reproduce:
create a new record with a middle initial. the initial should be
terminated with a '.' as above. next,

I have addresses in my bbdb that are of the form:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Whenever I try to do a bbdb-complete-name on the To: field for one of
these addresses I get an error:
