New Docs ALWAYS show invisibles

How do I convince BBedit 9.5 to NOT show invisibles on new docs and old documents alike? I turned "Save state" OFF, I turned "Show Invisibles" OFF in the preferences. I've even resorted to deleting all preference files related to BBedit, and all old copies of BBedit... nothing works. This is really

Last December, Jim Correia generously provided me with this very useful AppleScript for saving and naming an insta-project. It used to work great, but now under BBEdit 9.5, it's generating an error: "Project document 1 doesn't understand the <> message" Does anyone know how to fix this? > tel
