BBEdit 10.0.1 moves after git pull

BBedit seems to have trouble refreshing after a git pull/merge. I couldn't find anyone reporting this issue. Two things seem to happen. The left navigation panel files get linked to the wrong files system files, closing the top level folder and opening again fixes it. Some files when opened cau
