I just found out about this the hard way - 34 lines that needed to be
converted to paragraphs.
I've spent a lot time trying to find out if there was a setting that
needed changed or why it's not working. It would have taken me less
time to manually insert the paragraph tags.

But seriously... I manage a large number of sites (50 to 60 in any
