After discussion with Jamil, we have decided to encourage translators by
offering cash incentives. We propose making it work this way :
1. For every new 15,000 strings translated (total from all translators),
we will look for the best translator
2. Taka 5,000 will be awarded to the

Hi all! To be honest, I was hoping to get more feedback on what the translators want, e.g. a $50 gift certificate on Amazon.com or how the strings monitoring issue would be decided. But it seems that the core group agrees to our original idea.

I am not entirely opposed to the idea, i think its a very good idea. I
would need to know the cost of the keyboard and I will link the keyboard
to the number of strings translated .. i.e., translate 500 strings and
get a free keyboard or something like that.
