Excellent explanation, Anne! I went to watch the Berners show at Westminster on
Monday, watched Michelle win the Newf class and enjoyed watching the other breeds in
the various rings. I was amazed at how little I knew about certain breed standards
and normally could not pick the winners out

Actually, this year, the IKC show is Feb. 22 and
, they find showing very
stressful...and, while the national specialty is (imo) a bigger 'win' than
Westminster...The Garden is THE most stressful show on the calender! (for
both people and dogs)

I'm so excited to be attending Westminster this year. I've been wanting to go for
years but something has always come up.
We are going for the day on Monday, but will be home at night on my own couch to watch
