Hi Jorge,
On the aggregation side , I agree it should be somewhere, but I don t think
this doc is the right place. IP prefix aggregation rules are available for
Internet too, I was more seeing this done at IDR if any catchup is required. I
m still trying to get Sue or John feedbacks.

I did another quick read of the draft and I support publication. I think it
would be good to state in the introduction which sections of the draft our
normative and which are informative.
