Slimserver currently only supports the configuration of a single music folder, but within that you can put shortcuts to other folders. That's a FAQ that comes up all the time. The scanner split has this in mind. See comments on my enhancement request 3673. The idea of this enhancement request

Having noticed a similarity to the bug mentioned at http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=4563 I've had another play tonight. I suspect the problem was related to playing Muppet Central Radio (on Live 365). It plays now but when it connects there's some awful white noise for a few seconds.

i don't follow you... the \BLUES and \COMEDY and so on dirs are sub dirs of my main D:\mp3home dir which i did tell SS is my music folder. what would creating a shortcut do? all the music in the sub-dirs shows up now... i don't understand what you're suggesting? -- MrSinatra www.LION-Radio

let me add a related wish while we consider the issue... if we had multiple libraries, it would be neat if we could assign multiple dirs to any ONE library. i keep my dirs structured... D:\mp3home has all my main artists in it, but it also has \BLUES and \SOUNDTRACKS and \OTHER and so on... i
