I voted for the bug and I actually wrote on this forum regarding this
before 7.3 was officially announced.
It's really *sad* that WOL and standby behaviour always seem like an
afterthought in the SB experience.

This probably isn't related but...
I don't use WOL, but have noticed from that the time on the analogue
clock screen saver on (only) one of my SBCs gets stuck occasionally.

It looks like SC 7.2.1 is still what's on offer from
squeezecenter-testing. Shouldn't this be 7.3.1?

I still cannot get the save playlist feature to work.
Any thoughts as to what I am doing wrong? Is this not a built in
feature and requires a addin?
Are addins safe to use?
Thanks,

Hi Andy,
Try dropping your entire slimserver database.
I looked at the roadmap for SqueezeCenter and decided to wait until 7.3
was released. Upgraded today and had no problems at all.
Thanks for the suggestion,

Andy, these things really need to be tested before release. I know 4
people using the Duet besides myself
WMA Lossless was tested and works fine.

I am a little bit confused.
I understand that a mayority wants to split normal internetradio
stations and interactive music services in two different menu's.
But now i have enabled Deezer and it works fine.
My question is why it does not appear under music services??

Is it possible to make SqueezePlay install without Administrator rights
on Windows? On my work PC I am locked into a basic account.
I doubt it: we have to install some Windows shared libraries. This requires
admin rights. Best you could try is install it at home, wrap the installation
folder
I've just upgraded to SC7.3 and built the latest SVN of Squeezeplay
(Gentoo Linux).
Squeezeplay works as expected on server running Squeezecenter (but SC
is not autodiscovered). However on a second box, running the same build
over an NFS share, it is acting strangely. It tries to connect to

OK, some more detail, when squeezeplay starts on the remote machine, it
always starts at the 'reduced menu' (eg. no player selected) with a
black background. I'm not sure if it's coincidence but black background
was the wallpaper I was using with an earlier SVN release a few weeks
back - I've

I have updated to SC 7.3 on win XP and installed latest squeezeplay on
the same PC as Squeezcenter, but SP cannot connect to SC. It works fine
if I install SP on another PC. Any ideas?

What IP adress are you using when setting it up ?
From the remote machine (not server ) use your servers IP
On the same PC (server) as SC is try 127.0.0.1 localhost
I have not tried this myself but I suspect that is is this way

Not at all, the controller systematically and immediately crashes when
playing the urls mentioned in the first bug (19311 crash with
squezeplay). So it seems that some kind of streams are causing this
problem.
This happens with the podcast
http://www.rsr.ch/podcast.aspx?rss=flash
and radio
OK, yes I have tried that. Localhost/127.0.0.1 does not work either.
Irritating, on my laptop SP works like a dream, but not on SC server.
Have plans to play through soundcard/spdif out to my DAC. Cheaper way
to playback highres music than Transporter... and will play 192kHz
sample rate too...
And unstable is now 7.4 to be careful out there.

I see this to now.
But it is a bit random for me i don't have to put it in home.
It can be in a player menu and still not wol, and then suddenly i had
problem killing my server after i used my SBC a lot yesterday ?
It is more likely with a cradled SBC than when it's sleeping somewhere,

I've noticed the same issue (using 7.3 r3476), SqueezeCenter Version:
7.3 - 24282 although it has happened with earlier 7.3 versions.
Yesterday I took the controller off the charger (it was there all day
and the indicator showed a full charge). I selected an album and put
