Building on Linux

This was tested using Ubuntu 6.10, using gcc 4.1.2
To build in ../../build/linux:
$ make -f Makefile.linux

Following the instructions on the wiki and forums I've downloaded the
7.4 trunk of SqueezePlay. It compiles successfully, connects to
Squeezecenter (on Windows) and I can use the menus and music library
correctly.
However when playing a track the terminal window displays the following
logs

Probably just a premature version number bump, just disregard and use
the latest 7.3.x release number :-)

difference being that I used SqueezePlay instead of the "real"
controller.)

A weird one off bug I can't reproduce ?
I choosed to play a random mix > song mix
and then the controller loosed it's ability to show any artwork at all
in all situations until I rebooted it ?
I mean even if i turned of the random mix and choosed any album and
digged down to the show artwork ch
Will this utility always be the only way to set behavior like bridging,
or will this functionality be available from the web ui or remote in
the future?

Are radiotime streams supposed to work with the controller? I just keep
getting an error that it is unable to get the stream information. This
is on all radio stations, not just one or two.

I take it once the SBR is setup with a static IP address on the network
(mine will be hardwired), then everything can be controlled from
Squeezecenter (My squeezecenter is controlled by my AMX touch panel)?
Can it then be added to SqueezeNetwork with a PIN number?
