Why were playlists moved out of the database on the change to SQLite? I
see that the old playlists referenced record ids, so couldn't survive a

This is exactly what it is. Just that anything that can be, as a module,
enabled or disabled is handled through the plugin API. "Native" plugins

Are the ramps available?
Do you think it makes more sense to have fixed steps (A increases by
10, B increases by 10, no matter what the absolute level is)?

The additional repos bit is always going to be an issue if Logitech want

reason or another not all plugins were deemed suitable for including in

A little icon indicating that there are new/updates to plugins available would
be okay, perhaps next to the Settings button in the default skin. Click the
icon to go to the ED page.
Perhaps list it in the Settings Information page too.

You don't get a list of plugins to choose from, but a list of lists of plugins,
one per configured repository.
That is confusing. It would be much better if there was one single list,
showing all possible plugins. A column to show author, the version that is
available for download, the versio

If you file a bug, please post it here, I would like to get on CC.
I'm currently implementing something like this for iPeng and if there's
a mechanism in the server I would support that.

Hmm I see, there a "preamp volume" for SB3 and SBR etc but not the boom
in the audio settings, but thats also a hack.
Guess you have to start an enhancement request in bugzilla for some
kind of "relative volume sync" where the players just adds the desired
increase on top of what they had before.

Noticed this with v26702 and v26719.
If I am playing local music tracks, then the playlist loads into the

If, however, I am playing internet radio, napster or Last.fm, the
playlist does not load - I just get a spinny circle and "Loadin

there - just via SC that it isn't working. It was a long holiday in the
