Thanks Sebp, that was rather better than my "Derr, it doesn't work".
For clarity, yes I experienced the problems after the ReadyNAS rebooted
- I have mine shut down at night and start up in the morning.
I've re-installed the ReadyNAS 4.1.6 firmware, so everything seems to
work fine. I'll install
Latest nightly 7.4.1 r28758 without any apparmor issues - problem seems
to have been solved.
Also updated ubuntu server 9.04 to 7.4.1 r28758 without any issues,
having previously purged squeezecenter 7.4 version.

Hmm, my Settings Information page shows SBS as Version: 7.4.1 - r28758,
I thought re-installing the ReadyNAS firmware would replace it with 7.3.
Everything seems to be working fine though, so I'm confused. I wondered
why the Duet interface was still the new 7.4 look (which I really like

Am I missing something? I can't see the Love/Ban buttons anywhere.
I know they used to appear between the play control buttons and volume
control.
Any suggestions?

just interested, does anyone know the release schedule of 7.4.1?
Obviously 7.4.0 was rushed out to meet a previously commited date and it
continues to be fixed in 7.4.1. I have no problem running the nightlies
but I just wondered when 7.4.x will be final. I am sure no one can
answer for
On SqueezePlay based players and on iPeng I do get an "Album Credis"
entry in Album context menus.
It does nothing (just shows a spinny). What is this?
7.4.1., not sure I saw it in 7.4 release version but it's also been
there most of the time during 7.4beta.

It has been around longer than that. I think it showed up in one of the
7.3 controller updates. I don't know what service it uses, but it pulls
up a list of all the contributors on the recording including performers,
producers, art direction, liner notes, etc. It does work for me with
iPeng 1.2

I think it is. BTW, here Album Review (also from Michael) doesn't work
(yet?). Also, Read biography doesn't work.

At night, I like to fall asleep listening to the Boom on my nightstand.
(I'm a hopeless news junkie, so I generally select a small handful of
the day's podcasts from MediaFly and the BBC and add them to a
playlist.)
Since updating to 7.4, my playlists aren't working as expected
though...

I seem to remember 7.0.1 and 7.3.1 were fairly quick in coming.
I don't know if we will see a 7.4.2, 7.5 should only be a few months,
unless Touch slips again (unlikely).

That is right It was added in the latest release of Album Review and
it even links to the Biography plugin. In fact I now remember the issue.
In situations where the Album Review does not pull an exact match an it
brings up a list of close matches to choose from is when Album Credits
just spin

I've got CC 4.3 and I recently removed squeezecenter and then installed
the final release of squeezebox server 7.4 using rpm -Uvh.
Unfortunately, the built in webserver doesn't work and a bit of
detective work shows that I have the same problem as you! How did you
fix it?
