I don't know about the slimp3 but the 7.5 runs solely on test.mysb.com for now. test.mysb.com does not sync settings with normal mysqueezebox.com you can for practical reasons use the same password, but you have to install and configure all apps again including acount details for everything. why

Themis, you are correct. The WHS add-in does NOT auto-update, but it auto-downloads and alerts there is a new version. I don't think I've seen any third party add-ins that actually auto-update. The WHS, being server software, is architected to require uninstall and reinstall rather than in-place

WOW, I'm very happy. I have updated to embedded version 7.5.0 r30159. Scan time has improved dramatically for a full scan of ~10,000 tracks in under 10 minutes and a rescan for new music in 10-20 seconds! This is very comparable with MediaMonkey for a full scan and way faster for a rescan on th
