Using it on a small debian distro (Voyage linux) and a connected blueray
player (samsung c6900). Still I'm unable to play any video files (avi
and divx).
So I give up, going back to 7.6.2 for audio and TvMobili which can
serve the video files correctly.
Another issue is the very large increase
On Android the sync with SqueezePlayer is rock solid for all people I
know of. This is because Android provides exact timing information of

2) killing the uninstall process allows install to proceed - although
the registering services step takes several minutes and then appears to
crash - then it reappears with an

- ran Cleanup on the Cache
- rebooted the server
same result
I'll try a clean re-install, to see if that helps

Yes I saw this 2 days ago with an install of RC3 over 7.6.2 - exactly
the same behaviour.
Was this your first installation of 7.7 or did you run earlier version
(before September 14) too?

Hmm I trigged Michael to add the uninstall procedure. I think at the
time I had installed two 7.7.0 builds.
When I installed the following build the uninstall ran.
Can't recall if I ran the installation as administrator...

I don't have an xbox360. The PS3 is ok with avi/divx files using LMS if
they are small enough. Thats about it. It wouldn't play my small m2ts
files, just showed up as unsported. I've found that the PS3 likes m2ts
files the most, so I can't imagine it's the PS3 and the same small m2ts
file

Yes, it is going on and off.
The behavior is back to normal when I stop the server, cleaning
entirely the
OK - backed up my prefs.
Uninstalled SBS and deleted every folder I could find.
Re-installed and currently the server is behaving OK.
See if it happens again - very odd.

When the displays goes off, I cannot see the Transporter in the list of
connected devices in Squeezebox server anymore. Maybe this helps.

From your description I'm not sure it's the same issue. All the other
reports I've seen so far were about a one-time blackout on Classics. Yours

Yes indeed, I use
This happens **frequently** when I press power button... while
normally, it shall just go to standby. It never happens when I play the
music.
And you're sure your off mode screensaver and brightness are set up
correctly?
