Hello,
have also problems with the UPNP plugin. The server is visible for the
clients but clients are not able to load/see any content.
As reported earlier, I have deactivated plugins and it turns out that
the Erland's Databasequery seems to cause some conflict. As soon as i
deactivate this plug
I tried to pick the "Automatically Run at system startup" in the control
panel and clicked Apply. When I close the control panel (by cliking ok
button) and reopen it, the startup option is set to "Don't start
automatically".
I then selected "...run at system..." again and clicked ok button. But

Do you have a bug nr fo
With RC5 - selecting look for new and changed music completes. At the
end of the scanner log it shows:

Unpacked my new Touch today now I have 2.
Now I don't need transcoding while I sync hirez , how many multiroom
network audio systems can sync hirez in multiple rooms :)
Installation worked smoothly and uneventfull against 7.7 very well , it

I've installed RC6 and it's still impossible to perform a scan including
videos and/or images on Linux (but it's still OK on my spare Windows 7

Hmm... I don't see a single change which would change the scanning on
FreeNAS. The only change to scanner related code imho is in some Windows
only area.
I think the scanner log was wiped because when going into it (after
cancelling the never ending scan) it is completely blank! The server
log had some detail though as posted yesterday.
RC5 works fine so something has changed. I will give RC6 another go and
see if I can grab some scanning details
> I there a way to open the log whilst scanning?
Check http://yourserver:9000/server.log: it should update while the scan
is going on.
Why would you think logs etc. were wiped if you cancelled? They should be
overwritten on the next scan only.

Please provide a server.log and scanner.log file after you've enabled
debugging for scan.*.

Andy / Michael,
Any thoughts on why 'Look for new and changed media files' fails to
complete on SlimNAS?
Is there anything else I can provide to help or will you try and
replicate your end?

I already reported this issue in the RC4 thread. Know i can tell that it
is a general issue with the ReadyNAS (only Pro Version?), because before
installation of the RC5 i factory resetted the ReadyNAS Pro so that the
whole system got deleted and installed totally new.
Then i tried to install the
