Same problem on Netgear ReadyNAS Pro. An earlier 7.7 nightly build
worked fine. This one also seems to work, although the installation
reports failed. I did try re-install using all recommended steps
(Clean, reboot etc)

designated *music* folder and do the file count from there and I see

Don't play music while rescanning otherwise it is a real risk that you

I've tried to update SBS 7.6.2 to LMS 7.7 on my Fedora 15 server simply
using rpm -Uvh xxx.rpm
Installation process (rpm) was reported as successful but the server is
still running SBS 7.6.2!
yum says that SBS is now not installed. When trying to reinstall LMS
the problem still remains.
try a nighly build instead of the RC4 package. It may work better ?

I have two DNLA/uPnP devices which show up on LMS - but only sometimes!
Once they appear they seem to stay - at least until a new LMS update.
After updating to a new nightly, the devices disappear from LMS and
take a very long time to re-appear - several hours at least.

Tried to use Totem on my ubuntu desktop it gets as far as loading, then
nothing.
Btw must the server have wma capability ? Or any other codec that is

release quality all to get a very basic (even crude!) DLNA server out
the door. There are much better servers out there. Logitech would have
been better to bundle the Revue with a 3rd party server in the same way

the same behaviour.

From your description I'm not sure it's the same issue. All the other
reports I've seen so far were about a one-time blackout on Classics. Yours
was the first to mention a Transporter _and_ seeing this over and
