Do you have a slow internet connection active on that PC? Win seems to have bad scheduling related to that. I've got a system that dramatically slows down all loopback traffic as soon as I connect a line with a bad ping. Do you have SoftSqueeze running? Another resource hog on my Win

I think I'll just add music less frequently for the time being, as I know next to nothing about coding Perl. No need to know perl: we added an option in Settings/Advanced/Performance to use a faster Resize algorithm instead of the nicer Resample. Please give this a try. Michael

I am on the 2-12 nightly and I had this problem with the 2-11 as well .. Squeezecenter essentially freezes up while loading. It will load the left pane fairly (but not so) quickly, but the right pane (the playlist?) just hangs at Loading and that freezes up the Squeezebox. Currently, SC has

It just seems RAAYYY SLOW!! I even rebooted Winblows and it's still SLOW! It just takes forever to do anything. My first post talked about the playlist pane taking forever to load, but it's really almost every element taking forever. The icons on the left are taking forever
