CMake/Scons: automatically use ffmpeg, boost and openimageio from the svn
lib/
directory if available, which should make building with ffmpeg and cycles
easier.
How is the search order? I think here (Ubuntu 64bit) it still used the

If I remember correct, this is ancient 2.4x stuff which never worked in
2.5x.
Anyway, scons/cmake still build these files, and there is even a call

Despite some recent changes to the FBX exporter, it still didn't
export the correct focal length. I fixed this and also worked out how
to export the film offset (shift_x/shift_y) correctly.
