Generally, the Url and Local-Url fields are deprecated. So don't assume it's there if it's not a standard (required or optional) field. We encourage everyone to remove old style URL fields and switch to the new file layout. The URL field is only to be used for inclusion in the bibliography,

I wish people would actually read the alerts they get. It clearly says that you need to include a unique specifier, which is one of %u, %U or %n. So the answer is: no, you cannot. I don't know what you did after getting the initial alert, but I strongly advice you to go to the Preferences a
