biblatex apparently does not add the proper \bibcite commands to the .aux file, because it does not use \bibcite commands. That's why it was not working. What was added in the last release is just a workaround, not a real fix. It's using the citations rather than the bibliography items, bec

Well, what I did was send the aux file of a paper I am currently working on. I did rename the aux file itself, however, directly before sending it (maybe this makes a difference). In any case it had a bibliography generated. Also, with the latest nightly the correct items get selected on

I used your file. But the cite commands are not relevant, what's in the .aux file is not the same as what's in the .tex file. Actually I see I did it wrong, I used the wrong commands. Are you sure the .aux file you attached was for an item that had a bibliography generated? Because in fact

Hi, I am using my laptop in my office and at home. While I have absolutely no problem searching various z39.50 bibliographical databases from inside Bibdesk when I am in my office, it simply does not work when I am at home. (It never retrieves any results, no matter what the search term is
