The thing I'm most confused about is why the discussion hasn't revolved
around repurposing the existing lanes on Segoe. This would avoid
unnecessarily expanding the ROW. Current traffic counts are only around
9,000 cars. You could double that and still be well within solid road diet
territory.

Did anyone attend this meeting? I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering
what it was all about. I wasn't available thanks to the late notice. It
certainly seems odd that a meeting about this wasn't publicized more
heavily.
