The thing I'm most confused about is why the discussion hasn't revolved
around repurposing the existing lanes on Segoe. This would avoid
unnecessarily expanding the ROW. Current traffic counts are only around
9,000 cars. You could double that and still be well within solid road diet
territory.

Does anyone know the history of why the buffered lanes were never continued
through from Regent in the first place?
