Good day,
I like the idea of a commits log on the Bioconductor website. It was useful
being able to see at a glance which packages have recently been changing.

Hi Maintainers,
The Bioconductor-mirror has been permanently deprecated. Please do not use this

Hi Fabian,
Could you please try the merge for the other branch? Or please give me the url
of the GitHub package, and tell me which branch and I’ll see what the problem
is.
Or try it and copy the commands in the email along with the output.
I need more information to help you resolve this.

Hi Laurent,
I just moved the Ontology generic from AnnotationDbi to BiocGenerics.

from my github account and this means that i have to pus
I've updated pandoc on the win workflow builder to the latest release
(1.19.2.1) which resolves the vignette compilation error there.
Regarding the Mac builder the workflow fails in the call to

Hi,
The form is fixed now. You should be able to submit.
But your upstream remote is wrong. You need to be using SSH protocol for access
to the git.bioconductor.org server.
i.e your upstream should be
`g...@git.bioconductor.org:packages/SWATH2stats.git`.
Please see the documentation

Dear all,
It appears that at least two packages, AnnotationDbi and rols, define
the Ontology generic with the same signature
setGeneric("Ontology", function(object) standardGeneric("Ontology"))
Could it be moved to BiocGenerics, please?
Best wishes,
Laurent

Dear Nitesh,
I wanted to make some changes to our R/Bioconductor package but whereas I could
successfully push it to my github account, it seems it did not propagate to
bioconductor github / upstream. I guess I maybe didn't set up something
correctly or something with the ssh keys did not work
Hi,
I am trying to make the git transition from our RnBeads package. Unfortunately
I am not able to merge from our current github’s master branch (which had been
existing since SVN times) to the BioC master branch due to unrelated history:
“refusing to merge unrelated histories”
