Hi All,
The pigeon arrived in Gerri's back yard at 8:20 a.m. today. It came to the
nearby platform feeder and fed well. It then moved to its preferred tree
above the feeder.
Even though weather conditions are far from ideal, some hardy birders made
the trek to 120 Lynngate Place this morning.

About a dozen people risked the snow squalls and got to see the bird today.
It fed once at about 8:20 am shortly after I cleaned the feeders of snow. It
is only coming to my well-stocked platform feeder now, oiut behind #120
Lynngate Place. It then sat in the deciduous trees above the
Dec 2 between 11.30 and 12.45 the Slaty-backed Gull was not seen at the
Waste Management site near Pembroke.

Hi Ontbirders,
Groups of birders who have looked for the Slaty-backed Gull at the landfill
site near Pembroke have not seen the bird since Thursday, Nov 27. If the
bird shows up again, i will post details. However, A 1st winter Thayer's
Gull and an adult Glaucous Gull were there today along
