At 10.15 a.m. Sunday one white pelican was seen approx 1 km north of Hwy 401
circling over the Rouge River. It was drifting to the north.

Today, September 30, 2007, we birded a number of sites in Renfrew County.
During an early morning visit to Westmeath Provincial Park along the Ottawa
River, we checked large patches of vegetation in a 2 kilometer stretch of
shoreline and found 6 Nelson's Sharp-tailed Sparrows.

At approximately 6:00 p.m., Barb Charlton, Rob Dobos and myself viewed an
American White Pelican off of Princess Point at the end of Longwood Road in

Hello Ontbirders
Today ( September 30th) at around 2 : 30pm, I observed a Greater White-fronted
Goose in with the thousands of Canadian Geese at Burnside Pit along with a
