I couldn't resist hawk watching today as the conditions this morning seemed perfect for a good flight. Between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m Terrie Smith and I watched the spectacle as 2205 hawks/vultures streamed over my house in Ajax. When the winds shifted south, the flight abruptly stopped.
