Just received a text from Brandon Holden that 6 Black-legged Kittiwakes just
flew past Hutches Restaurant, with one being an adult.
Directions to Van Wagners Beach: Take the Centennial Parkway (Hwy.20) exit
from the QEW in east Hamilton and proceed north to the North Service Rd.,
turn left and
The two Hudsonian Godwits and Glossy Ibis were still present at Gosport
this morning. An American Golden Plover was also present along with the
usual Dunlins, both yellowlegs and PESAs.

Hello Birders,
The previously reported Pacific Loon is currently present off the end of the
pier at Oshawa Harbour. Photos have been taken, and the bird is close enough to
see the chinstrap field mark.
It is very windy and cold, be sure to dress appropriately.

I just saw a juvenile Golden Eagle flying low over the woodlots south of
GBSL as I was southbound on Mollard Line. I stopped and scoped it as it
disappeared behind the woodlot adjacent to the lagoons before emerging over #3
and continuing north, staying low so I believe it was

HI all,
I did not blow into Point Edward until just after 4 today. I guess I
missed Andrew at the same time due to all the commotion! Today was the most
brutal wind I have ever experienced there.
My observations:
Brant Geese (6) --on the ground until dark right in front of my vehicle.
