grosbeaks appeared Sun Oct 28 -Tues Oct 30 at feeder - on property 10
miles north of 401 from Belleville on Highway 62 - 9632 Highway 62 on east
side of Ross' Pond - not seen today Oct 31.

Haven't really seen many posts from today, so I thought I'd share some
sightings from the aforementioned locations. Brandon Holden, Peter Burke, Dave
Don, Ross Wood, Barb Charlton and I toured these two spots before splitting up
at 3:30pm.

After all the excitement on Lake Ontario with hurricane Sandy, Ben and I
decided to spend the day birding along the St. Lawrence River. Our first stop
was at Prescott. We worked our way along the river to the Cornwall Power Dam.

Presqu'ile around 8 a.m. I had a stunning dark morph Gyrfalcon flying
out over Lake Ontario. It came from the east, flew around Gull Is.
