The dove is still at the garden and was actively feeding under the
sunflower feeder at 9.50 this morning.
Approach the fence clowly as it may be sitting just the other side of the
fene.

I just had some birders come by the cottage to let me know they saw the
dove at 4.45pm.
It came into the same roost it has been using, just outside the garden
fence.

At 11:00 a.m. while driving to work I saw what I first believed to be a
Northern Shrike. I did a U-turn and went back to find out that it was a
Northern Mockingbird. It was sitting in a bush in the parking area of
KFC/Taco Bell. It's most likely the same bird that Ken Kingdon initially

On my late afternoon walk about today,(4:00 p.m.) I spotted again an adult
Red- Shouldered Hawk perched above the frozen pond at Monarch Landing.When it
noticed me it flew low to the west.
This is the fourth observation of this bird since Jan. 24th, at

Earlier today while picking up one of my kids from
Seneca College King Campus there were at least 6
Pine Grosbeaks working the trees and on the ground
at the bus stop / student drop off area. They were not
bothered people walking by . At least 1 male and 5 females.
