This years Carleton Place CBC took place on Dec 27th under reasonable conditions. 28 observers took to the field combined with 25 feeder watchers. While there were very few Redpolls and Grosbeaks, and there were also no Bohemian Waxwings or Crossbills, the count still got 44 species total
