I birded from Col. Sam Smith Park to Sunnyside Beach this morning, stopping at
several parks along the way and found/re-found some interesting birds:

-Late Ruby-crowned Kinglet, Snowy Owl on the marina docks, freshly killed
Horned Grebe on rocks at Whimbrel Point (likely breakfast
The Ross’s Geese were seen about 10 this a.m. circling over the ponds but
didn’t land as someone was down by the shore. They then flew off to the east.
The 2 Blue and 2 white morph Snow Geese were evident.
At Ravenshoe Rd in York Region, Terrie Smith and I saw 6 Snowy Owls, a Northern
Harrier,

All of the warblers were being photographed, again, at Sedgewick park in
Oakville, This Saturday AM. And the Brant is in the west end of Coronation Park
feeding with CAGO
A) Warblers noted: Parula-1, Tennessee-1, Nashville-1, Orange-crowned-2,
Yellow-rumped(Myrtle ssp)-4 and Wilson'
Forgot to mention there was a nice Cackling Goose grazing with the Canada’s
beside the beach at Bayfront Park in Hamilton yesterday morning (8:00 AM).
No sign of the Eider in St Catharine’s by the way.
