There are now 4 Cattle Egrets where myself and Adam Timpf had found 2 earlier
today. They are northwest of Orillia in a field with cows on 1086 Cambrian
Road, between Burnside Line and Carlyon Line. All
4 birds are along the pasture edge.

Late today there were two Cattle Egrets in a horse paddock at the intersection
of Deer Run Rd and Mersea Rd 21 between Leamington and Wheatley, in Essex

The Pink-footed Goose flew in at about 3:10 p.m. It was in the air for a
few minutes before dropping out of sight in the large mass of Snow Geese.

Just had a new, and long awaited, garden bird Red-bellied Woodpecker here in
Merrickville. It is the first I¹ve ever seen in this area area since moving
here over 15 years ago.

Just had a Tufted Titmouse appear at the feeder this morning. My yard backs
into Thickson Woods. Other notes today, both House and Purple Finches, both
