There was a Harlequin Duck hanging out with Ring-necked Ducks on the Kapuskasing River in Kapuskasing last night and this morning. It was best viewed from the Trans-Canada highway just west of Ballantyne Road. Kapuskasing is on Highway 11 about two hours north of Timmins. Kyle Blaney
