Birders,
The Black-throated Gray Warbler has been seen continually by many birders
since it was first discovered and is still being now in the same area along
the path not far from the parking lot.
Good luck,

The White-eyed Vireo found by Roberta Kay on 30 Oct, and enjoyed by many
observers on a daily basis since then, continues today in Ottawa. The bird
was seen this morning actively foraging in its favoured area a few metres
north of the parking area where the trail forks west and (north)easterly.
It’s a winter wonderland here today but the bird is still present. Behind
Mew Lake Campground. East end of airfield.

The Black-throated Gray Warbler is still present at LaSalle Marina being
seen by a group of us. Along the shoreline trail about 35 m east of the
parking area. Foraging high in trees over the trail at present.

Hello Ontbirder
I have just had a phone call from Brete Griffin to say his group has just
observed a Black-throated Gray Warbler at LaSalle Marina in Burlington. It was
seen 10 minutes ago before the boardwalk less than 100 m from the parking lot.
>From ON 403 take the exit 78 for Waterdown Road
The Cattle Egret that was first seen on Nov 1st is still present. It is on the
1st concesssion just east of Hyw 59. There is a dip in the road with a stream
crossing the road. The bird is on the north side of the road in a pasture
field.
Good birding

Obligatory late October "nor'easters" and consistent rain, but that did not
deter hardy Long Point birders who managed to scrounge up a number of
interesting birds. A break in the weather on October 30 resulted in some
fantastic visible migration and chance to observe some lingering migrants.
