onto Richmond and merge to far left lane. After crossing Carling, the far left
lane defaults into a left turn lane onto Poulin. Turn left onto Poulin and

Most of the bird activity was along the ridge earlier in the morning in the
fog. The south end of Mud Lake was very quiet.

Andrew Haydon Park is at 3169 Carling in Ottawa's west end. The entrance to the
park is at the intersection of Carling and Acres west of Bayshore. The bird
would have been easily viewable
a must to visit this site.

Exit highway 417 at Pinecrest Road and head north. At Richmond Road

Pipits were seen
fairly frequently at both Shirley's Bay and Ottawa Beech.

left in the early afternoon. Further down the dyke and along the
shoreline between the boat launch and dyke we also had a few small
flocks of songbirds that were mostly comprised of Palm Warbler.

Directions as per previous reports. The shoreline between the boat
it remained for approximately 5
minutes. Following that the cuckoo flew off towards to the trees surrounding
the parking lot at the west end of the park. Unfortunately I was not able to
relocate the cuckoo after it flew into the trees surrounding the parking lot.
