The Barnacle Goose is still on the ice of the pond by the Trisan Centre. Best
viewing is from the road on the north of the pond.
Dillane Drive can be accessed off highway 27, just south of the hwy 9/hwy 27

Despite the heavy snowfall the Lark Sparrow continues at the foot of the Don
Valley Parkway. Today it was harder to find as it spent most of its time
concealed behind a large snow drift. It was foraging in the dried weeds near
the yellow and red fire hydrant that is blocked off by rusted yello
The long-staying Cattle Egret continues at Colonel Samuel Smith Park in
Toronto. This afternoon it was flushed from the peninsula east of Whimbrel
Point and flew to the grasses at the base of Whimbrel Point. Whimbrel Point is
identified by having a telephone pole on it.

The Razorbill is still to be found at the mouth of the Niagara River. I
arrived at Fort Mississauga at 2:30 and by 2:40 it swam up from the river into
the lake. It spent about 12 minutes preening (or at least rearranging its
feathers) as it slowly floated with the current farther out into the
