The bird just showed up (8:40 am). It is perched in the top of a spruce tree at
the intersection of Whitney Ave and Superior Street.

Hi all,
I just re-found the Lark Sparrow this morning. It flew in at about 9:40 and fed
briefly before flying into the landfill sight and landing in a large pile of
garbage. Given the cold weather this morning, the bird will almost certainly
return to the road.

Hi all,
The previously reported Smew was seen again this morning in the bay off the
west end of Ault Island. It flushed with a flock of Hooded Mergs and flew east.
It has not been seen since but the Hoodeds are coming back now so the bird will
likely return.

Hi all,
The Mountain Bluebird at the corner of Goodstown Road and Century Road is still
present as of 5 minutes ago. It was on the east side of Century Road when we
arrived but has been flying around the intersection so a check up century road
and west down Goodstown Road may be needed.

Hi all,
The ROGU flew in to roost in the waters just offshore from Lakeside Park in
Mississauga at around 4:30 pm. If anyone is planning on looking for it there
are many fields all along Lakeshore Road that had Geese so they would be worth
checking.
Follow directions from previous post.

Hi all,
The bird flew in and landed on the lighthouse just after 5:40 pm, presumably to
roost. The rain picked up just after that so I imagine it will spend the night
there. It landed right at the top of the lighthouse (on the metal just below
the peak) with two Cormorants.
