flew across the road in front of us, right at Erie Shores golf course. Also
many Great Black-backed gulls at the tip, we counted at least 12.

Directions: From the QEW take exit 90 for Burlington Street. Follow
Burlington Street East (6.9 km) to James S
k and Queenston boat launch,
we returned shortly after noon and the Razorbill was being seen. As many
others have reported, the bird was at a fair distance, straight off of the
fort, feeding actively. Takes some persistence to find him but he is still
there!

For information about ONTBIRDS
rough the small
tree line, the Scissor-tailed flew directly past us! It perched right in
the open for a good 5-10 minutes, then flew further east, back close to the
rise in the path. We had great looks, saw it catch and eat a very large
dragonfly.

We gave directions to the Grebe to a large group of birders on our way out,
hopefully they were also successful in locating it!

Newmarket ONT
This afternoon in Newmarket, we had a first (for our backyard), a beautiful
male Wilson's Warbler feeding in our cedar hedge. Close by were a Red-Eyed
Vireo and a couple of Magnolia Warblers.
We live in the south end of Newmarket.
