Hi A Brown Pelican was observed in Canadian waters this morning at 9:26. It rest on bouys on the U.S. Side but when a boat went by and flushed it the bird flew into Canadian waters. Observed from the Niagara Parkway close To the end of Bowen Toad. There is a pull off on the river side. Marcie
