A birder colleague, Randy Smith (redpol...@yahoo.ca), reported to me this evening that he had seen a juvenile Magnificent Frigatebird, flying over Chemong Lake. It was seen at 11:30 a.m. this morning from Gifford Drive on the west side of the lake, flying towards the southwest. He was working
