At 6:44 Am the Snowy Egret came out of dense tall grasses, took a flight around
the basin and has landed at the back of the wwtland and is currently skulking
in its preferred marshy grasses.

Update:
The Snowy Egret was at Dow's Lake again this morning. It was first spotted
feeding near the boat dock "B" and later flew to point "A" for a brief

Sunday may be the last opportunity to observe this bird. They are filling
the canal starting Monday.
