At 5:15 p.m. today, and again fifteen minutes later, I observed a first year male Summer Tanager dining at my back yard suet feeder. Wings and lower belly were olive-yellow and the remainder of the bird's plumage was red. I live in Bayview Village, about 1 km north on Burbank from Bessarion
