Just wanted to get out a quick update that the bird was still showing well
at 3:15 today Saturday the 17th. Bird is just out front of the visitors
centre Pt.Pelee National Park.

Just had crippling views of the bird behind the Guelph Lake Nature Centre sw of
the building on the lake side. Trying to re-find. It’s in Guelph Lake
Conservation Area. Come on down!

Hello all,
A Townsend's Solitaire was found today at the Guelph Lake Nature Centre on
Conservation Rd by Greg Meredith and Ann Schletz.
Mike Cadman and myself viewed to bird around 4 pm. It was seen below the Nature
Centre parking area close to a line of cedars at the edge of the lake.

across from 096084 4th line we, west of shelburne north of 89. See past

The Townsends Solitaire is still present just north of Kendal. I observed it
this morning at 10:30 in the spruce trees just south of the house at 8671
Langstaff.
Directions from a previous poster: Exit Hwy 401 at Hwy 115/35, then exit
115/35 at the town of Kirby(Durham Rd. 9). Drive east on
The solitaire was present this morning in the ditch on the east side of
Langstaff road, opposite address 8712. Seen by Josh Vandermeulen and me at 8:15
AM. It would perch on the tops of the trees and was quite vocal.
Exit Newtonville Road from HWY 401 and go north to where it ends at
Ganaraska

Andrew and i have been searching for the solitaire since 11 am and have been
rewarded with house sparrows and ring billed gulls as consolation prizes.
Still looking though... There was a report this morning of the bird but we have
been awarded the shaft.

A Townsend's Solitaire has been regular for approximately two months at a
house north of Kemptville. The bird visits a warm water outflow on the left
side as you face the house.
