That's the problem with acronyms, I just meant BlackBelly, I think
it's a handy catch-all. I've noticed a lot of people just call
them blackbellies.

Maybe she's got cystic ovaries. Cows that have cystic ovaries can show
this kind of bullish behavior, and won't get bred. Don't know if it
happens in sheep, but I don't see why not. You may want to check with
your large animal vet - they may be able to diagnose it with
ultrasound, and treat it
