0.70 beta any time soon?

One thing of note, that you can expect from a lot of people is a *lack* of testing on only-avaialable-via-cvs 'current' activity. If testing is what you really need, to kick 0.70 out the door, might I recommend a beta point release, which it is very likely would receive far more testing and fee
