So, what I did was follow both Dave's and Wojciech's
advices: I edited /etc/X11/wmsession.d/05blackbox and
added the line:
exec /usr/local/bin/bbkeys -t &
between:
SCRIPT:
and:
exec /usr/X11R6/bin/startblackbox
Worked fine
